Service maintenance is an undeniable cost to doing business.  Any production line, industrial scale, warehouse system could cost up to a couple thousand dollars a year to maintain or repair.  With that said, you’d better have a good technician in the area.  Many service companies pride themselves on their industry knowledge, training, and skills.  They may claim to be the experts in Ford Trucks, Apple computers, kitchen equipment, truck scales, etc.  Most operations have multiple applications that require maintenance, subsequently requiring multiple service vendors.  Stop paying for multiple service providers.

RMH Systems has now expanded our service capabilities covering three industries: scales, material handling, and packaging.  Our 15-man service team has the expertise to maintain or repair your operation whether that be conveyor, floor scale, stretch wrappers, inkjet printers or all the above.

We have expert service technicians that can service a variety of equipment and applications, including controls and programming.  The following lists our service capabilities by location:

Iowa

  • Scales: truck, forklift, bench, counting, rail, floor, monorail, conveyor, and ag scales
  • Packaging Equipment: Case sealers, carton erectors, pallet stretch wrappers, L-bar sealers, Strapping equipment, robotics, Ink Jet printers (Leibinger), Auto Baggers, and Material Lifts
  • Conveyors: Belt tracking, bearings, gearbox & motors, controls & wiring, general parts, lubrication

Nebraska

  • Scales: truck, forklift, bench, counting, rail, floor, monorail, conveyor, and ag scales
  • Packaging Equipment: Robotics controls, Ink Jet printers (Leibinger)

We provide full service and operational maintenance.  We offer affordable service agreements that take the administration of your equipment service out of your hands.  Once you enter a service agreement, our technicians will have scheduled service appointments. Our service manager, Kent Grandgenett, says "Our service agreements are very easy, and really take the work out of the customer's hands.  You can spend a few hundred bucks keeping your equipment appropriately up to speed or a couple thousand to repair neglected or misused equipment."

At RMH Systems, our service doesn’t end with the sale.  With over a dozen technicians scattered in several locations across the Midwest, we are able to quickly serve our customers in a 7-state territory.  All technicians are factory trained and certified in their area of expertise.
