RMH Systems said today it has completed its merger with Packaging Film Group (PFG) of Nebraska, effective today.
The merger will strengthen RMH Systems’ position as a packaging and printer equipment supplier in Nebraska and Iowa and afford them the opportunity to present larger, more sophisticated packaging systems to their combined customer base.
“This merger is the result of a strategic initiative to build a stronger more diversified company that offers cutting-edge products and services,” said Tom Howard, President of RMH Systems. “PFG has impressive knowledge of packaging and it applications particularly in food and related industries.”
“This merger creates what we believe will be a very compelling value proposition for our customers with significant potential for even more market share growth,” said PFG owner Tom O’Brien. “Our customers can benefit from RMH Systems full breadth of material handling and scale offerings: the RMH Systems expertise in maximizing more productive, efficient and safe industrial workspaces. We can now go to market with the capability to integrate these different types of equipment into one integrated system,” added O’Brien.
RMH Systems now has six locations in four states.
